April is Daffodil Month

(April 11, 2016 )

Every year millions are sat down and given life changing news...cancer. With this diagnosis comes a great deal of emotion, questions and concerns for the future. The Canadian Cancer Society not only strives to contribute to cancer prevention but they also work to help individuals and families get through all stages of the diagnosis. Money raised goes towards pivotal cancer research, support services and education. From wigs and assistance to quit smoking to ground breaking research, the Canadian Cancer Society works to change the lives of the millions affected by this terrible disease.

The daffodil is a symbol of strength and courage in the fight against cancer. Buy a daffodil pin and wear it in April to show your support for Canadians living with cancer.
