We are constantly asked about the market during open houses, first meetings, or really any interaction that we have with clients. Of course, the best way to answer this question is to sit with someone for an hour and really go through the real estate market in White Rock, or the surrounding areas. Often, people will think that it is just one reality for the whole city, but really there are sub-markets within the city. For example, there are some categories that have sold almost 100% of the supply, month after month for the last three months while other categories are slow. Some neighbourhoods are moving much better than others, which allows for both opportunities and caution.
Furthermore, the housing market for homes is much different than that for townhouses and condos. I'm always happy to sit with anyone and share what we know, whether you are interested in doing something at this time or not.
