From a balcony over the bay to a lock-and-leave near the shops: the peninsula's condo market, gathered.
Condo life here comes in distinct flavours: established concrete buildings above Marine Drive with the ocean at the window, wood-frame walk-ups on quiet streets, and the newer buildings rising around Grandview's amenities. Downsizers, first-time buyers and investors all shop this page for different reasons.
In strata property the building matters as much as the suite: depreciation reports, contingency funds, rentals, upcoming levies. We read the documents properly on every purchase. Current condo and apartment listings are below, updated live.
The board’s August read on White Rock and South Surrey condos: the condo benchmark is $550,800, down 6.2 percent on the year and up 0.7 percent on the month. 52 condos sold in August into 321 for sale, 16.2 percent of listings (11.1 percent a year ago), which the board’s scale calls a balanced market; 99 new listings came on and the median sale was $552,500.
The rest of the peninsula: the townhome benchmark is $820,300, down 11.1 percent in a year, with 11.8 percent of townhomes selling in the month; the detached benchmark $1,649,200, down 7.5 percent, with 7.8 percent of houses selling. Valley-wide it took an average 45 days to sell a house, 37 a townhome and 45 a condo; the board publishes no peninsula-only days figure. A benchmark is the board’s index price for a typical home of that type, not an average asking price. Source: Fraser Valley Real Estate Board MLS®, September 2026 package.
