An acre or more of your own: space for horses, workshops, gardens, or simply the quiet.
Acreage on the peninsula runs through Hazelmere, Grandview's rural edge and toward South Langley: working properties with barns and shops, hobby farms, and private family compounds behind long driveways. Each one is a small ecosystem, and no two trade alike.
The diligence list is real: wells and water rights, septic, agricultural zoning and its limits, outbuilding permits, road access. We work that list on every acreage deal, buying or selling. The current acreage listings are below, live from the MLS; the exceptional ones move fast, so tell us what you are looking for.
The board’s September read on White Rock and South Surrey houses: the detached benchmark is $1,612,500, down 7.4 percent on the year and down 2.2 percent on the month. 60 houses sold in September into 600 for sale, 10.0 percent of listings (6.2 percent a year ago), which the board’s scale calls a buyers’ market; 175 new listings came on and the median sale was $1,628,000.
The rest of the peninsula: the townhome benchmark is $797,100, down 11.2 percent in a year, with 16.6 percent of townhomes selling in the month; the condo benchmark $544,400, down 7.7 percent, with 13.9 percent of condos selling. Valley-wide it took an average 45 days to sell a house, 38 a townhome and 46 a condo; the board publishes no peninsula-only days figure. A benchmark is the board’s index price for a typical home of that type, not an average asking price. Source: Fraser Valley Real Estate Board MLS®, October 2026 package.
