The backyard that turns July into a destination and your house into the one the whole family orbits.
Pool homes cluster where lots are large enough to earn them, and this page gathers every one currently on the peninsula's market. Some come with full outdoor rooms built around them; others are solid homes where the pool is the head start on the yard you actually want.
Buying one well means checking the unglamorous parts: equipment age, liner or shell condition, fencing compliance, sun exposure through the afternoon. We look at all of it before you fall for the water. The current pool listings are below, updated live.
The board’s September read on White Rock and South Surrey houses: the detached benchmark is $1,612,500, down 2.2 percent on the month. 60 houses sold in September (48 the month before) with 600 active at month end, a sales-to-active-listings ratio of 10.0 percent; under 12 percent is conventionally called a buyers’ market, 12 to 20 balanced, over 20 a sellers’ market. 175 new listings came on and the median sale was $1,628,000.
The rest of the peninsula: the townhome benchmark is $797,100, down 2.8 percent on the month, with a sales-to-active-listings ratio of 16.6 percent for townhomes; the condo benchmark $544,400, down 1.2 percent, with 13.9 percent for condos. Valley-wide it took an average 45 days to sell a house, 38 a townhome and 46 a condo; the board publishes no peninsula-only days figure. A benchmark is the board’s index price for a typical home of that type, not an average asking price. Source: Fraser Valley Real Estate Board MLS®, October 2026 report.
